Folding mushroom knife with a specially designed curved blade to make a precise cut in the lower part of the mushroom stem, so you can avoid damaging the stem. With the serrated back of the blade, you can easily remove the outer skin layer of the mushroom and remove dirt. With the brush, you can gently clean the mushroom and "help" spread the spores. The metric scale on the handle measures the size of the mushroom. You can tie a string to the strap ring. Never clean mushrooms with water.
